Disappointed! Before hiring this accounting firm, I met with the owner and discussed issues regarding taxes and IRS audit. During the meeting it was agreed that the company would prepare our current year taxes and prepare amended returns for 3 previous years for the cost of $1,800. They completed the current year taxes but once I asked about the status of the 3 previous years, I was told apologizes about the miscommunication originally.
