Disappointed! Before hiring this accounting firm, I met with the owner and discussed issues regarding taxes and IRS audit. During the meeting it was agreed that the company would prepare our current year taxes and prepare amended returns for 3 previous years for the cost of $1,800. They completed the current year taxes but once I asked about the status of the 3 previous years, I was told apologizes about the miscommunication originally. You were told it would be cheaper to go to the original preparer and have them amend. What we did tell you is that we would do as a courtesy review and let you know whether or not we could include them (2020-2022) in your monthly subscription. We never said they would be included.
