Terrible customer service. No one returns the calls, never had a first point of contact with anyone, including Mr. Orlando, left multiple voicemails all ignored. His fast to sign you then drop you when you request an update! Don’t waste your time with this firm!

Ma'am, please accept my apologies but you were told, after a couple other lawyers informed you that you did not have a viable malpractice case, that I would have my nurse review your file. You were told that this was an expensive and time-consuming process. You were asked on multiple occasions to please be patient and could not be, repeatedly calling me and my paralegals. Esta firma de abogados se vende al mejor postor se dicen el abogado del pueblo, pero se refieren al pueblo que le pueda pagar sus fraudes, nunca luchan por tu caso y cuando vas a una mediacion te mandan con la persona más mediocre que tienen....en pocas palabras no lo usen, si quieren buenos resultados busquen otro mejor.
Horrible customer service. I started out with Zany as paralegal, then Zany left and I dealt with Sunita, then Sunita left, and not until I called them did I find out that Anna was assigned my case. Communication is HORRIBLE. I can see why their turnover is so high. I wouldn't give any stars if I didn't have to give at least one.
So after calling day after day trying to get in touch with someone working on my case, I get my paralegal. He rushes me off the phone telling me he still hasn't gotten the check from state farm ( damn near 4 years ago). This is the exact opposite of what I was told 2 months ago. I was told they were waiting to release it, now they don't have it? Ohh yeah and they have graduations to attend and a vacation to come back from, then I can make an appointment.
