If I could I give this place a 0. I made an appt over the phone wasted time giving all information about our situation, even stated that the person I'm asking for can't meet in person but can be on the phone during appt. They stated that's fine and scheduled me. Once there come to fined out no one can even speak English was made to pay for the appt then told they can't take the appt since he not there in person and that the attorneys wouldn't even make an exception if he's out of state.
I have use Ortiz’s lawyers for 6 years now. This is my 3rd time renewing my DACA with them and believe me, they have always gone above and beyond helping me! I highly recommend their immigration services! If I could give them a 10 start rating I would.
i started my process and my first consultation was with the lawyer Tessy Ortiz, and she gave me a lot of confidence. but later they passed me from person to person, and i didn't like that. i was paying them for the service, and when i had to ask a question about the case, i felt that the person who had to carry out my process was bothered, i did not feel comfortable, Thank God USCIS approved my case.
