Would have liked a trial run so microphone speakers had been trouble shooted more. We managed but next time I requested time so there wasn't a feedback issue and seeing and speaking worked together as it was video on one phone conversation on another.
The representatives were nice and they help me the nurses were all nice they answered my questions
