Very professional doctors. Professional and very personable, easy to talk to. The only problem I have is if I need to call the office it's impossible to reach anyone to speak to. The only option you get is to leave a message that's never going to be returned. So, If I have a question about anything I have to wait until my next appointment and I only go every other month. It would be great to call and be able to speak to at least a nurse. Honestly I've worked for Walmart and it's easier to get someone on the phone with the... read more

The Pain Center of the Bluegrass is excellent in helping provide you with professional care for your needs .They answer your questions and treat you with kind care and respect. Everyone I have encountered there has been wonderful and helpful .Dr Larsen is very caring and knowledgeable and helpful as well as all of her assistants. This was my first visit and I am very pleased actually impressed. Everyone was extremely nice, helpful, and courteous. Dr. Lyon was extremely thorough. He explained every thing about my conditions and treatments so that I could understand it. He didn't rush through my visit and he had time for all of my questions. I am well pleased with my visit and excited to finally find someone that will take the interest in trying to work alongside with my surgeons and help me get my life back. I highly recommend this practice.
