My scheduled aplpt. was changed and I was not inforned hf it at all. I work M-F 9-515 abd have to reqzest off in advance and cant change my appt. 4 days before and especially without notice so naturally i was upset. I was told tgat provider no longer tooj late afternoon appts. 🤷♀️ Having said that, it worked out for the best because I got to see Michellle. I was called back quickly with no wait time and treated with respect and friendliness by the nursing staff. My practioner i seen was extremely friendly and professional. I had a qutinza patch placed and required to stay on for like 30minutes. She made sure i was placed in a room where i could be comfortable for what time i had to wait. She even came back and checked on me to make sure i was ok and did not need anything,(which i honestly respected and appreciated, even tho i was ok) but i was very well pleased with my visit a... read more

DD rocks!! So quick but thorough! Extremely efficient. Fun, personable, and connects with her patients. I have been a patient since 2016. In my opinion, DD is one of the best things that has happened to PTC. The front desk staff are very nice and attentive. The scheduler in booth 1, is very patient and really works hard in making sure I get in the days that I can only come.
