I've been going there for 15 years for chronic pain and they have helped me all they can without getting me a spine transplant. Psychologically, it means a lot knowing they actually seem to care.Â

The doctor I spoke to today was extremely nice and ç concerned about my health. I'm not her patient and can't remember her name. She's going to try to set my next appointment with my doctor. I have issues that only he can handle. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness.Â

Overall, I had a good experience. However, the check-in process is redundant. I signed in online and paid, yet I still had to fill out a form with my date of birth, first name, and last name. Since you have my account information, including a picture, available at the front desk computer, I don't understand why I need to collect the same information again after I've checked in at home. Have you ever conducted a focus group/ to determine what your customers think about the check-in process?Â
