I was in with MS Moore I did not appreciate her treating me as if I'm a 2 yr old child ... She repeated herself 3 or 4 times..and I told her I heard her the first time then she got upset and sent me out and walked out herself ... All of the information that you folks had on me was incorrect you did not want to hear my explanation and the discharge of my care was unacceptable I've never been treated as as though I was criminal until my appointment with you folks your doctors lied about the information you had when I asked for a copy of your so-called "Casper" report you would not give it to me nor could I have a copy of the lab report that showed incorrect information on me.
