I would recommend The Park At Surprise for my independent living needs and then some. The Monticello restaurant is open to the public, the residents, their family and friends as well! The food in which we are talking about is superb! The staff and residents are happy and always greeting everyone, you can tell they really love it. Which speaks volumes bc when it comes to moving and or down sizing, you want to hear it from the horses mouth per se; so just ask them right? They would tell you everything!
