Michael Mayfield pointed us in the right direction and knew all of the ways to make this process an excellent experience and a successful transaction. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job getting us into new home. Michael is a wonderful person to work with overall, and we appreciated his ability to keep things moving along.

We have done three transactions with the Perna Team, and in this last purchase we had the pleasure of working with Wendy Thagard. It took us over a year to find the perfect home, and we really valued the patience Wendy had throughout this search. She always responded quickly and even visited homes when we were out of town. She was very honest and transparent and never pushed us to settle.

She always responded quickly, and we liked that she did research on the properties to make sure they were what we wanted. Jessica went above and beyond for us. Overall, it was an easy and smooth process, and we were able to find the right home for our family.
