Everything. Dr. Espinosa has been my vet, unfortunetly, longer than my 16 year old son was alive. Fortunately, he saved my cats life, Homie in the late 90's, it was his first cryptococcus case ever. He took on the task and let me know the road was long, didn't know where it ended. I had other vets tell me my cat had 6 months to live!!! Homie passed in 2017!

I've taken my cats to The Pet Hospital of La Mesa since they were kittens and have always appreciated their kindness, compassion and, especially, their clear explanations and answers to my questions. I was especially moved recently when Dr. Leto went the extra mile, calling me while she was actually away from the office to personally follow-up with test results. Nice group of people!!

I have used the Pet Hospital of La Mesa for over 15 years through the lives of five beloved dogs and never in that time have I or my dogs been disappointed in the kindness or professionalism of whichever vet I saw. They’ve seen us through routine visits, dental care, heart issues, pancreatitis, doggy dementia, and who-knows-what else, and have always graciously honored my choices and beliefs. Even the “upselling” of products and services is low-key.
The Pet Hospital of La Mesa is the best place to take your pets. The office staff is helpful and friendly and Dr. Miguel Espinosa is awesome. We have taken our dogs there for over 25 years and I highly recommend them.
Dr.Leto at the pet hospital of la mesa is amazing and so sweet with my girl. We found Dr.Leto at a very bad time in my babies life and she found out what was wrong and is monitoring her condition. Everyone we have come in contact with from the techs to the front desk are friendly and caring. Thank you for helping me take care of my baby.

I have been taking my dogs and cats to The Pet Hospital of La Mesa since I moved to San Diego about 15 years ago. I have found them to treat my animals caring and effectively. I feel like they respect and include me in care decisions. They are also reasonably priced.
