First time visit to The Physio Lounge, from booking, to the actual appointment and the follow up has been great service. I was seen by Sarah, who really listened to what I was struggling with, assessed me and gave me great advice and information. I received a follow up email contact from her with some exercises which she recommended would help me. Would definitely recommend visiting the Physio Lounge, such a professional and friendly service.

I received excellent service from Tom @ David Lloyd - Knowsley, Liverpool. His knowledge and professionalism were exceptional. The service received from the Physio Lounge as a whole for my tennis elbow injury was excellent, from my initial consultation to discharge, I would highly recommend

Been going to David Lloyd’s Knowsley for back and shoulder pain the service from the physiotherapist was very good but the last twice I have tried to make an appointment I have not been able to get one. For instance I phoned today 14/9/2023 to be told there are no appoints till Monday evening . Asked if I wanted to go to Warrington but I do not drive, Unfortunately cannot wait till Monday will have to fined another Physio .

Have visited the Physio Lounge on many occasions whenever I get a sports injury; they are professional and have always rid me of the problem whilst providing exercises to strenghten the area to prevent a reaccurance. Would definately recommend.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the physio therapy I have had. Tom is professional, knows his expertise and is great with advising me on my recovery. I would highly recommend. Thank you.
