I did not not have a clear diagnosis when I first visited the Physio Lounge as this is practically impossible to establish. Craig was brilliant in explaining how best we can go forward with exercises etc., to get to understand the problem better and a way forward to returning to "normal". I've waited 5 months with the NHS/ Pall Mall Medical Centre for a steer / direction on how best to take this forward and could have been waiting another 5 years they were so underwhelming. Really thorough when getting to the route cause of the problem. They come up with a plan to get you back on your feet, listening to where you want to get to and level of mobility you want. Effective strengthening programme has resolved my sciatica and also treating stiffness in my hip. I am very happy with the help and support I have received and will definitely recommend if you have any niggles that need sorting.
