I love the results - I ended up getting 235 mm gummy bear silicone implants (didn't need a lift) I had very small breasts, and finally decided at the age of 43 to do something about it. Had a friend who had an augmentation and lift w/ Dr Piazza. Her results looked very natural, which is what convinced me to get it done. Wish I had done it sooner.
