Don't move here if you want to park here Its not a good sign when ownership turns over twice in a short span. Case in point, management has completely destroyed the parking situation here. The "covered" spots, which are cramped, narrow parking spaces between horrible support poles and underneath second floor apartments now cost $55 dollars a month. Terrible management Management is terrible and unprofessional. Fees keep adding up out of nowhere and no to minimal improvements are ever made. Everything is also of very poor quality within the unit.
Terrible Managment New management finds new ways all the time to raise the cost of living. They don't allow you to mail rent check; you have to use their web portal, and they charge $35 just to pay rent. Then, they started charging $55 for parking. They give no notice and do not communicate clearly with tenants. If you come here, expect to pay more than they say you will pay.
They don't offer parking The office is unresponsive, their pool is never open, they changed their parking policy so residents now have to pay for parking on top of rent or park on the street (they did this during a freaking pandemic). Do not move here.

New Management The apartments are ok even with the new management company. The office hours are very inconvenient so you work you may not get your packages until the weekend. However they do respond to service request in a timely manner and attempt to actually fix problems. The apartments are old not best kept with low water pressure, lack of hot water and ongoing on/off pest problem. It’s safe, quiet and will get the job done as for easy access to the freeway and shopping.
