Verified Renter I enjoy living at The Pointe (Parktowne) because it is quite and the management is constantly trying to improve the apartment complex. I have not had any problems or heard of anyone having problems since I moved in. Maintenance quickly responds to any problems that I have had. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Verified Renter Very nice place to live, people are friendly the grounds are beautiful, very well maintained, close to shopping centers, maintenance staff is always available for any problems you may have, l would highly recommend this community to anyone who asked
Verified Renter I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and the changes I have seen most recently regarding maintenance staff has been wonderful. All of the office staff etc are very helpful and fast.
Awesome apartments These apartments are very well maintained. The residents that live here are very nice and friendly when something in your apartment breaks there are right there fixing it. These apartments are very nice.
Verified Renter Be warned, lots of black mold and the amount you pay for rent is NOT worth the property.
Verified Renter Maintenance man can be rude, disrespectful and confrontational with residents. Promises are not kept. Never got propane for grill or wood for firepit. Had to pay for our own to use both.

Hard To Contact I have been trying to contact them many times by email, phone ( left a voicemail) just to ask about the apartment complexes and no answer whatsoever.
