Perfect apartment; but it's Silver Spring As someone that works downtown DC, commuting on the red line is the worst. That's really the only reason I'm moving because I love this apartment. The finishes are modern, the floor plan is open and the appliances are quality. The people are great, and every time I had a garbage disposal issue or light out, maintenance came within 24 hours.
