Not many perfect experiences I have had from a dining perspective, but this is my new local benchmark. The Khraughbin and Tame Impala sounded perfect where we sat. The sound design is something that may not get noticed right away, but it was perfectly balanced throughout the space, not overbearing and a perfect accent to the decor. It is hard to put into words just how special and unique The Pretender is...in fact it is safe to say that it is an experience you have to see for yourself. While the food and drinks are truly next level, supreme as some would say, the vibrant atmosphere is what makes you not want to leave. We ordered the cheese fondue but we’re out of it so we ordered the Brie appetizer. The Brie was good but the bread served with it was very ordinary! The turkey bacon sandwich was very good. Overall it’s a very small menu with only 6 entrees and a selection of only 3 sandwiches. The atmosphere was very nice but very loud so conversation was difficult. I don’t think we’ll be going back!

I had a bad experience at check in so I did not have any food or drinks and we cut our visit short.
Still working out the kinks of being a new place. It was very hot inside. They sat us at a coffee table and expected us to eat there. We asked for a different table and they finally gave us one.

Excited to try this new spot in DT Noblesville — the atmosphere was great, aesthetically on point with good vibes. Unfortunately dinner had some big misses. The AC was out, which made for a warm evening, and by mid-service several menu items were already unavailable. A few dishes didn’t match their descriptions — the shrimp came breaded, and the pork tenderloin (menu describes it with fig jam glaze, apples & cabbage) arrived on pickled cabbage instead, and cold.
