This place is god-awful. Do not send your parents here if you care about them. They are left all day long with untrained and uninterested people. Unless you think tossing a balloon around is a viable activity or watching tv, they do nothing with these poor people. My mother never hurt herself before coming here, now she is sent - alone - to the hospital on a regular basis. "Falling" all the time. The communication with our family is abysmal.
