Amazing building with superb amenities. Unfortunately they took so long to conduct the placement assessment that we were unable to compare final offers. They don’t seem organized yet.

We were very happy with The Residence at Chadd's Ford. We are most likely going to bring my Mother and ask my brother to look at this, hopefully this Saturday.

Not open yet but facility looks wonderful. Unfortunately did not meet our time frame. Would recommended, staff very nice and readily answered questions.

This is a community directly set up for independent living. My loved one went there for respite for assisted living. We set up a care plan, and it was not followed. There was no interaction, food, or medications given to my loved one. I ended up taking my loved one out of the community after a short stay due to my loved one not getting the care they needed. There was times I visited my loved one was in the same clothes on multiple visits.
