Living at The Residence at Charles Meadow has been wonderful!
The Residence at Charles Meadow has been a great place for my Mom. All of the staff are friendly and compassionate. They seem to truly care about the residents they are taking care of. There are a lot of activities for the residents and the outdoor area is very nice. The facility is always clean and well taken care of. I would highly recommend The Residence at Charles Meadow.
It's a smaller community that is welcoming to new residents. The staff is very friendly and loving. The building is only 1 year old so all rooms are updated and bright. They have been thru several chef over the year. They need to offer more vegetables at meals- lately it's just been squash. The food is often served warm or cold. The activities are sporadic during the week and very limited on the weekends.
Anthology of Millis is just over a year old and very clean. The staff were very accommodating for my mom (helping with laundry, making the bed, taking out the trash, and vacuuming weekly). Communication with the family was very helpful through an app that let us know what was going on. The move in process was easy and we did it ourselves. Maintenance was willing to help with hanging pictures. The food was delicious, but they have since changed cooks. From the moment you walk into the building, the staff is warm and inviting. They have fresh cookies! The facility is spotless and the residents are active and engaged. There is weekly live entertainment and nightly cocktail hours. Residents are encouraged to invite family in for shared meals- it's a real family atmosphere. What our family likes the most about the Anthology of Mills community is the friendliness of the staff, the beautiful spaces and the nearby surroundings. We also like their flexible dining. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.
The staff at Anthology of Millis has been amazing. Moving in 2 parents, one with memory care needs and declining health was challenging. The move in went very well and everyone on staff has gone above and beyond. They are a new facility and since Sept move in, we have seen them working very hard to improve an already great facility. Very good experience, nice people to work with. We picked this community because of the dinning options, cleanliness and location. I would recommend to others. All of the residents seem very happy.
The friendliness of the staff members get a 5+. What we like the most about the community is that the staff workers are amazing and they listen to residents with community meetings and activities. The food is excellent with choices at each meal. We would definitely recommend the Anthology of Millis to other families based on the experience we have had so far .
