Welcoming building layout, love the lobby as you enter the building which is a common meeting place for socializing and events. Very clean and grounds are well kept. Lots of activities. Price fit our budget. Centrally located right off highway.

I would highly recommend it! It's a wonderful place and everyone is so friendly and nice to my mother. I would give it a rating of 10 stars!
I would give every category a 5 with two exceptions as a 4. Friendliness of staff because of comments my Mom has made about a couple of the nurses there. And Overall value for cost just because it wasn't the least expensive option we had. But overall our experience has been very positive. My Mom is very happy and comfortable there in spite of her initial apprehension of moving there.

The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have many activities for the residents to participate in every day and they change them daily. The food they serve is delicious. They are excellent at what they do.
The facility is really nice inside- open and airy. My loved one had an "alcove" size room, which is between a studio and one bedroom apartment size, and it's very nice. The faculty has a nice patio and a little walking track around the facility. The problem is that there's been constant turnover in staff, which appears to be related to the main administrator. I would say my father seems to be very happy there. He was able to adapt very well. It is a very nice place to live. I would recommend it to anyone.

I liked the staff, the place was nice. High turn over in upper management and bait and switch tactics turned me off. I picked it because the up front rate was reasonable. Then a few months in they upped it $2k.
I am a member at Ferry Park for the last 15 months calling it my home!! Yesterday we had an amazing mediation program that I really enjoyed! I felt so relaxed afterwards and enjoyed the refreshments!! always something to do here!!!
