I was so Disappointed by this tour. Our senior living advisor spoke highly of the facility. Once I shared we were looking about 3 months out the administrator rushed me out. I also heard her tell another employee: “They aren’t for November, waste of my Time. We need November move ins.” I wanted to cry because we are having a tough time with my mom’s care and to be treated this way made us never want to go back there. We are not sure with whom you interacted, but it is absolutely not our practice to try to push someone to move in before they are ready to do so. Further, we do offer in home visits to any perspective resident, regardless of their commitment to move in or not, so again, we are at a loss to imagine with whom you were speaking.
