In the beginning it was a 4 and the cleanliness ,activities and food quality is what got our attention. I would recommend it

The entire staff is genuinely friendly & willing to assist with every task. They go above & beyond. I did place my Dad here and he loves it. It is a wonderful small community. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Staff is always available. The dining room/food available gets 5 stars as well. Highly recommend!

Even though my mom was only to experience a short stay, her and our experience was top notch. The room and size of it were excellent and very clean!! [names removed] handled all our questions with professionalism from our first tour to the final departure from the facility....Great job!!

Welcoming building layout, love the lobby as you enter the building which is a common meeting place for socializing and events. Very clean and grounds are well kept. Lots of activities. Price fit our budget. Centrally located right off highway.

I would highly recommend it! It's a wonderful place and everyone is so friendly and nice to my mother. I would give it a rating of 10 stars!
I would give every category a 5 with two exceptions as a 4. Friendliness of staff because of comments my Mom has made about a couple of the nurses there. And Overall value for cost just because it wasn't the least expensive option we had. But overall our experience has been very positive. My Mom is very happy and comfortable there in spite of her initial apprehension of moving there.

The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They have many activities for the residents to participate in every day and they change them daily. The food they serve is delicious. They are excellent at what they do.
The facility is really nice inside- open and airy. My loved one had an "alcove" size room, which is between a studio and one bedroom apartment size, and it's very nice. The faculty has a nice patio and a little walking track around the facility. The problem is that there's been constant turnover in staff, which appears to be related to the main administrator. This has led to sub-par communication, especially regarding care. As the closest relative, I really have to stay on top of what's going on there- for my loved ones sake... read more
