My grandmother is very happy here! The service is always amazing and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Ferry Park to anyone! We searched for almost a year for Assisted living for my 84-year-old mother. My father had passed away, and my siblings knew my mother needed to be social again. As soon as we visited Ferry Park, we were warmly greeted by staff and residents and immediately knew we had found the perfect place.! It would be nice if the dining room daily specials were listed along with the daily activities each morning...I think the residents should know what the daily specials are before going to the dining room.
We looked into Ferry Park for a memory care placement for our mom, and we found the staff to be transparent, timely and extremely helpful. Everyone we worked with showed the utmost professionalism, and the staff genuinely appears to care for their residents, the families of residents, and each other. People working there seem very happy, and there appears to be a very structured program in place with high expectations for residential care. I have been searching for an assisted living/memory care facility for my mom for about 3 years.
