Have had an incredibly positive experience placing a loved one into the residence. The staff was very friendly and kind, made us feel like we were making the best decision for our family members future.
My loved one is currently living here and we have had a great experience! They offer great service and care! It has been very comforting knowing my mom is well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility. It feels like family!
I would like to recognize [name removed]. She went out of her way making my Auntie's transition . Such a great place, feels like a Big Family. I have the peace of mind that my auntie is in a safe place and is being well taken care of. Happy holidays to the staff!
My grandmother is very happy here! The service is always amazing and everyone is very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Ferry Park to anyone! My grandmother loves the community and is always laughing. She loves the food and entertainment as well. I’m so happy she’s enjoying her experience here! We searched for almost a year for Assisted living for my 84-year-old mother. My father had passed away, and my siblings knew my mother needed to be social again. As soon as we visited Ferry Park, we were warmly greeted by staff and residents and immediately knew we had found the perfect place.! A few residents stopped us when we were on tour to tell us how happy they were! My siblings and I are so excited for my mother and how thankful we are that she lives at Ferry Park. It would be nice if the dining room daily specials were listed along with the daily activities each morning...I think the residents should know what the daily specials are before going to the dining room.

We looked into Ferry Park for a memory care placement for our mom, and we found the staff to be transparent, timely and extremely helpful. Everyone we worked with showed the utmost professionalism, and the staff genuinely appears to care for their residents, the families of residents, and each other. People working there seem very happy, and there appears to be a very structured program in place with high expectations for residential care.
