. What Residence at Freeman lake doesn’t tell you is the Administration is not responsive to family inquiries. Residents have to pay additional expense for medication. However there is no nurse beyond 11pm to administer medication. Freeman fired nursing staff recently and now hires agency nurses for the weekend shifts. Freeman does not provide any direction or oversight to the weekend agency nurses. The resident depend on their nurse timely medication and often left my father lapsing his meditation. My Mom has been at Freeman Lake for 6 months & I couldn't be happier. The staff is amazing, from the office help, the nurses, the front desk, the maintenance staff, the cafe workers! Everyone is friendly & so helpful whenever I call or visit. They all know who my Mom is & call her by name. When i was looking at places for my Mom & I visited for a tour, I knew immediately that she would love it and she does!! I cannot say enough about all of the staff at Freeman Lake! Thank you for taking such good care of my Mom!
We recently moved my dad into The Residence at Freeman Lake. The process was made very simple and the employee very helpful and kind. He is enjoying his stay and the many activities he is participating in.
