I moved into Freeman Lake about 8 months ago, when I moved in I did not think my life would be getting better. I thought it was the beginning of the end. Boy was I wrong. I started walking more in the halls and did get better. The staff is impeccable. Anything I need, outside of what they offer, [name removed] and [name removed] make it happen for me. I get great meals every day and lots of opportunities to get out and do something. I’m happy to be here, my kids helped make the right choice for me
I moved my cousin into this community in April. He was quickly declining living at home alone. He is thriving at Freeman Lake. He loves the activities they offer, the food is amazing, and the Staff have been so helpful during this transition. The RCD and ED are a great team and easily accessible for all questions at any hour.
The community is great. Most of the staff turned over since my Dad moved in. Most of the new staff is very caring and attentive. Things are still changing and I feel definitely for the better. I would recommend this community to others.
Freeman is an amazing residence! The staff is wonderful, Friendly & very engaging with the residents. My mom loves the food, they keep the community engaged in activities. If my mom is sick or if she falls, they call me right away to have a discussion. If the staff does not see my mom at breakfast, they will go to her room to make sure she goes to the Café for breakfast. They bring in singers, guitarists, animals, etc. for the residents to enjoy. The place is clean...friendly staff...the meals are ok but cost is high. I feel good because I know my mom is safe ..she seems ok and happy she is still adjusting and still thinks she can go home but no...and she is eating well and starting to walk around the facility upstairs not into socializing yet but hopefully that will come in time she really doesn't remember from day to day why she is there but like I said she's safe and that is our main focus for her! Our mom has been at the assisted-living since July and we have had a great experience! The staff is wonderful and they are always trying to improve if there are ever any issues or concerns. We would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who wants great care for their loved one!
The staff at The Residence of Freeman Lack has been professional, empathic, attentive, and overall great! [name removed] is by far the glue that holds the Reflections section together. Family orientated and very personal and so helpful to our family.
I work in the health care community and have visits to this facility frequently. I can’t say enough about the facility and the staff. To start , the building is well kept and maintained. The staff pays great attention to detail when it comes to the residents care and needs. The patients always seem happy and well cared for . There are always activities and engagements for the residents in this community. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living !
