We are very happy with the care our loved one is receiving in the memory unit. Our loved one is happy, well fed, clean, entertained, and most important, he feels safe. There is always someone available to help him, or just talk with him.The staff is wonderful. Excellent communication with the family and very patient with the residents. I had a good tour experience with The Residence at Freeman Lake. The reason we did not choose this facility for our loved one was because it is a mix of assisted living and memory care residents, I was looking for a place that focused only on memory care residents.

What we really like about The Residence at Freeman Lake is the staff, they are amazing! The community has an incredible amount of various activities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend the community to other families .

The staff is excellent. They're generally very responsive. Upkeep in the facility is very good, and its very clean. The overall accommodations are nice. My loved one's room is quite spacious. While the whole industry is expensive, they're less expensive than others we looked into and seem to be on par for the Massachusetts area.

We recently moved my dad into The Residence at Freeman Lake. The process was simple, the employees very helpful and kind. All our questions were answered. The facility is clean, welcoming, and my dad enjoys the food. They have many outside trips that he has the option to participate. in. I have noticed a huge change in his attitude...... I can't say enough.

We are very happy with the community right now, overall the experience has been really good. The staff is super friendly, and we really like the structure, décor and set up of the building,, which is also really.

Compared to other tours we took, The Residence at Freeman Lake facility was very cheery and open and the atmosphere felt comfortable. The staff were great and they offered 2 different levels of care here. It was just not the right fit for my loved one.

The Residence at Freeman Lake community is very clean and well laid out. The rooms are better then other communities we had toured, they were set up better and have nicer updated appliances. The care services are inconsistent at time. When we asked for a couple things to get done they might not get completed in a timely manner, sometimes medication isn't handed out at the same time everyday. We do understand given the circumstance with staffing it could be an issue but they could also improve on bettering their communication... read more

My loved one is happy with the activities that the community offers. They have activities like church, cards, movie night, general get together and special activities like music outside with family. Overall I like this community, I am just concerned with the cost and some things seem a bit excessive.
