We chose The Residence at Great Woods over other facilities we looked at because the apartments are new, the facility itself is spacious with lots of light, also they have a nice outside area for the reelection's neighborhood. What has stuck out about them the most is the staff, they are all very friendly and caring.

I felt they oversold some things that were going to be available - for instance, they said you can regulate the heat/AC in each resident's room. While each person does have their own thermostat, apparently the state regulates when they flip to heat vs. AC, which causes some extremes during the season changes. The ambassador she was promised did get in touch with her, but there wasn't much help in the beginning. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom, and they said they would spray for it, but that was upsetting. They've be... read more

The community is home and a comfy place. They have nice outside seating and a big patio. They have nice walking trails and the staff is very nice and helpful I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
Wingate Residences has been a pretty good for my mother. She is still adjusting to all of the changes. The staff has been great. They take very good care of her. The place is maintained well and everything is always clean.
We moved dad from another assisted living in Raynham to Wingate Norton and could not be happier! Dad now has a beautiful studio apartment which felt like home from day one! In addition to a beautiful building in a great location, the staff is so experienced, helpful, respectful and over the top FRIENDLY! They make sure dad is happy and well taken care of.
