We went with The Residence at Orchard Grove because they were willing to waive the up front fee for us. The communication with the director up top the point that mu uncle actually went into the facility was wonderful. Once he was here there were a few issues that did arise and the communication was poor and I was disappointed with that. They had plenty of great activities provided for the residents but he did not participate. This is a nice clean community. Everyone here is very friendly. The staff are quick to respond to questions or concerns we may have over our loved one. My loved one thinks the food is delicious. There are a lot of activities for the residents to choose from to participate in.

We really liked The Residence at Orchard Grove, it seemed like a nice facility. We were impressed with the lady who was showing us around on the tour. We did not like the rooms, the layout of it was strange which is why we decided against them.

This community was great they just were only assisted living and we needed independent living. my loved one was just not at this point yet. The tours were great my loved one was just not at that point yet.

This community was newer. The tour was really good. The guide was great
Went on a virtual tour for my mom. This is a five start facility for sure. Only 3 years old and well maintained. Look like new with all the modern conveniences. 1 bedroom seem spacious and would be a good fit for my mom coming from a 2 bedroom beautiful condo. Many activities and options. Loved that they can have their dining room open 7am-7pm so not on such a tight schedule. 24-7 nursing on site.
I think since it is a smaller place it has much more personal interaction. Everyone is on a first name basis, very friendly. Very personal one on one care. If they do not see someone they seek them out to make sure everything is okay. Food is excellent, fairly new and a very pretty place.
