We would definitely recommend The Residence at Stafford to others. From our initial contact with the staff to mom's daily interactions, the staff has been friendly and caring. The process of moving in went smooth and they were very accommodating with regard to timing. Everything has been great for mom at this facility!

The staff at The Residence at Stafford are extremely friendly and welcoming, and it is really like a family. The housekeeping has been spot on. Communication with the family could improve a little bit, as my mom has dementia and cannot relay information to us. We have asked to be informed regarding everything that concerns her, although this was a recent request so I am unable at this time to grade it. The move in process was smooth and easy. My loved one is a resident at The Residence at Stafford. The staff seems helpful at this facility. The housekeeping does as well. However, communication with the family could use some improvement. My loved one was brought to the hospital and I wasn't notified. The meals are good quality, as I am told. The facility is nice, but a little on the expensive side. That being said nothing in life is cheap.

The Residence is very clean, the food is very good. It's a great place for people who are alone but need some care. Everyone seems very happy there. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. As long as you can afford to stay there (since it is not cheap) you will not be sorry.

I visited this facility We went to look at The Residence at Stafford. The facility looked good. The staff was knowledgeable. The food didn't meet my father's expectations for taste and quantity. Everything was just very small. It looked like they didn't have much room. They had a home theater, but it was very small. Their exercise facilities and fitness center were very small and not very well-appointed. The dining area was very nice and large. The porches were very small.

I visited this facility The Residence at Stafford was very well run and the residents looked well cared for. They had a lot of good scheduled activities for them. They had different people coming in and it was just a nice atmosphere. I saw a one-bedroom apartment and a studio and they were both spacious and ADA compliant, so it would be very easy to maneuver around. The grounds and everything were also very nice and well-kept. There were nice big porches around and outside areas for them to go out.

They are very attentive and the activities are great. My loved one is thriving and better than she has ever been. The staff are just like they were when we toured the community and it is great that it all stayed the same. My loved one also likes the meals and is eating vegetables and her health is better she always tells me how good everything is. They are unique in the way that they care for the residents, they are not like other places. The staff are all very personable. The room sizes are nice and spacious. She really enjoys the food. I would absolutely recommend Teh Residence at Stafford to others looking.
