Our family member was a resident at this facility for over 3 years, beginning in the assisted living area and ultimately moving to memory care(Reflections). The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained, but it is the staff that really shines. Moving a loved one into memory care is never easy, but the staff(notably Darlene and Leanne) helped make the transition as stress free as possible. My parents both have dementia and needed a place to live after a traumatic incident. We toured The Residence at Vinnin Square and thought it looked really nice. After both my parents moved in, I felt like it was more of a business transaction rather than a comforting place for my parents. I felt like the staff did not have a good way of talking to my parents, especially my father who did not accept that this was his new home.
