So far it's been a good experience. It's clean. The people are nice and very helpful. They seem to offer a lot of activities, although my loved one hasn't participated in them.

Speaking to our loved one, they are not happy with the food they say it is pretty terrible. however even with the covid restrictions they are still doing small activities as much as they can.

The staff is very friendly, supportive. The activities director is very energetic. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns I have about my loved one. They seem to really care about the residents.

The staff is great and it's a small place. This community has worked well for my dad. I would recommend this community to others
We really liked how they made our loved one feel right at home and made her feel like part of a family. The rooms are very spacious, and we felt the accommodations made it easy for our loved one to move around safely, and the food would be about a four out of five.
We chose Atria Voohees because the physical appearance, it did not look like an institution, the grounds were well cared for, and it was also a smaller community that allows the more personal interaction between staff and residents. The rooms are very good sized. Big living room, kitchenette, nice size bathroom, and a separate room for her bedroom. We have eaten here before COVID , the food was very good. We chose this community because it was close to where he used to live, the place looked nice when you walked in, it was clean and decorated nicely. Most importantly it did not feel like a hospital. The staff was very friendly staff. The room sizes were great, the bathroom was a nice size for wheelchair accessibility. The food was delicious when we ate there for Christmas dinner.
