Verified Renter The staff work hard and do an outstanding job keeping the compound nice but unfortunately, I’ve seen a TREMENDOUS increase in pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. It’s gotten to the point where you can’t walk through the glass without dodging poop.

Enjoying my stay at The Retreat Been staying at The Retreat for several years. Like that the apartment complex has been updating amenities lately. Neighbors are polite and never had a noise complaint thus far. If I had to critique anything, it would be the cheesy speed bumps they recently put in. Unfortunately they are already coming up from the ground and are kind of unnecessary in this type of complex. Other than that, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great place to call home, staff and environment is great here! Staff is great, apartments are comfy, oh and walls are not paper thin like a lot of other apartment complexes out there which is a plus! All jokes aside this place has been great.

5 + year resident LOVE LOVE LOVE !! The Retreat apartments are a great place to live to make you feel at home. They take great pride in making sure the community is clean and beautiful. The maintenance staff is quick and dependable and easy to contact. I’ve never experienced any problems in over 5 years. I feel very safe and comfortable - highly recommend to anyone!!

Amazing Place to Live The leasing process was very smooth and easy for a first time renter. The office staff helped to guide me, and overall made it an amazing experience. The amenities are amazing, and there is something for everyone. The location is amazing too, being so close to different store and food options. The maintenance team is also amazing! I would recommend The Retreat to anyone looking for a new home!

Resident review This is my first time renting an apartment and I have nothing bad to say. The office staff was very helpful with my application and I have appreciated how quickly maintenance gets to me with requests. It is a very family friendly place and I always feel safe.
