Friendly and quiet We’ve been here about 6 months and we’ve had a good experience so far. The staff has been nice and very helpful whenever we need something. Everyone is friendly but mainly keeps to themselves, so it’s pretty quiet which is nice. We also have 2 dogs so it was really important for us to find a complex that accepts their breed.

Resident Review I have lived at The Retreat now for 4 months. I have loved living here. The amenities are great, and it is a very quiet and family friendly complex. I have only have to call maintenance once, and they were very quick and thorough even on a weekend. It is hard to hear neighbors, both to the side of me and above me.

decent apartments ive only lived here for about 6 months & so far havent had any terrible problems. hardly any work orders placed, just random little things here & there, which they are really quick to address. other than that, theyre quiet & nice apartments

Improved Front Desk- very happy I love my apartment and the layout is like a little home. I was worried when I first moved in August, I never could get ahold of anyone. Whoever they brought in within the past couple of months has answered every time and was super nice and responsive. The amenities are always kept up and love the secure lock boxes for packages so they aren’t just sitting at my door all day like my last apartment complex. New Management/ Maintenance/ Leasing Agent New Management has been amazing especially the new leasing agent Jessica.. Robert Joe And Chris always provide excellent service especially towards my service dog.. always gives them treats and emergencies are handled very fast.. All In all best apt complex I’ve lived in in Corpus Christi by far !!! Congrats to Marissa And Monique for moving up they very much deserved it !!! You won’t regret it !!!
