they need to work at it the only thing i could say is the appartment size was great for a 3 bed 2 bath and the park. but there were rotches no matter how clean the house was we had to tos the fernacher bacuse it was so bad, the ac went out in the middle of the summer in over 100 degree temps and took them several times to get it fixt right and by the time it was fixed the heat wave had broke.
