RecommendedY’ALL! I used to get pot roast at Buttons in FW. When the chef left, it wasn’t good anymore. I FORGOT that he moved to The Rim in Burleson. Today I was so excited to see it on the menu and remember that the chef was here so I told the server how excited I was about it. Two minutes later chef Keith “Buttons” Hicks was standing at my table to visit with me. The fried onions set this dish apart. You have to go get it!
