Happy to be living here It's fun living here. The staff is so friendly and warm. The residents are welcoming and love to help each other. The building is older, but they are always keeping it clean and smelling fresh. My hardwood floors are beautiful and the rooms are huge. I have so much closet space. Great Place

Outstanding Place I moved here from out of town to finish my residency. I had no clue where to live in Binghamton till I stumbled upon this place. At move-in my apartment was clean and well maintained by the staff. I really like the area and I enjoy quiet evenings on my own private terrace.

I am having an enjoyable experience leaving at The River House I am currently leaving at the river house. My roommates and I are having a great experience here. Comfortable place and close to everything! I just moved in and I couldn't be happier. My move was easy everything was set up for me from their maintenance staff. Management helped walk me through the process of moving in and made me feel welcome. I can walk to restaurants, downtown shopping and close to my work. Affordable rent, spacious rooms and pet friendly. Glad to be here.

Lovely, roomy apartments. Good value for the price. I have found these apartments to be quite roomy, and the location to downtown Binghamton can’t be beat. Six closets in a one bedroom apartment provide lots of storage space. The living/dining area is quite spacious and the large balcony is outstanding!
