RecommendedThis is my first year at The Row and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here! All of the amenities provided are so awesome and really what every college student needs. Being a resident here is super fun and I definitely recommend UofSC students living here! So many memories have been made here already and I can’t wait to make more!

RecommendedThis is my first year living at The Row and I love it! It is a nice place to live with a nice setup and amenities. The lazy river, volleyball court, grills, and pool deck are an amazing place to be when the weather is nice. The location is also perfect for gamedays! The transportation to campus offered by The Row is also an amazing perk as parking on campus is very limited. Overall a really good place to live!

RecommendedThe Row is a great college apartment complex!! so have loved living here since I moved in, maintenance and the leasing office staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this to all college students !!

RecommendedI have been living here for about a year and a half and i love it! The location is great, and even though it is a drive to campus there is a shuttle provided for students to get to and from the university. The staff is very helpful and they do a great job of keeping the complex a clean environment.

RecommendedThe Row is a great place to live with all the amenities you need - gym, pool, and a place to study! Maintenance is prompt when you need it, and the office is very responsive!

RecommendedI have lived here for a little over a semester and I have loved it! Most of my friends live here too and it’s great to be able to just walk down the sidewalk to get to their places. The lazy river is a great place to relax after class on warm days or during the weekend and it’s just a short walk to stadium for game days! Definitely recommend living at The Row.

Recommendedlove living here! i wish there was more parking but what can you do. They should move the dumpsters though to fill up that free space. This will be my second year here and I have loved every minute. The pool and the volleyball court is great. I am nervous about the new management because the old management would do fun events and give out free prizes and I miss that. It is a great and really nice place to live! Location is amazing as well being able to be right by the stadium and directly across from the lots.

RecommendedI do not recommend the Row. The pool is always closed and maintenance is awful. They come in and out of apartments without notice, or without leaving a note saying they came in, which the lease stated maintenance must do. They came in our apartment and left everything on, and no one informed us they were coming in. Very unprofessional. The office is very unresponsive as well and not helpful for current residents at all.
