I did not have a good experience with CrossCountry Mortgage and would not recommend them. There was nothing but disorganization from the beginning. My disclosure sheet was incorrect multiple times, there was nothing but miscommunication and the loan took more than 2 months to get to the final stage. The loan was cancelled as the figures were not accurate and the fee was astronomical. I did not have a good experience with CrossCountry and would not recommend them. My disclosure sheet was incorrect multiple times, there was little communication about the status of anything, and they were late to close by a day. I got phone calls and emails from at least a dozen people doing different parts of the closing. I had to keep calling and asking for status updates. I didn't my final closure agreement to review until two hours before close.
