Ryan Brown and his team were amazing! Ryan is a true expert of the current market, interest rates, loan options, insurance rates, etc. I am a single mom and was extremely nervous buying a home by myself for the first time. I was referred to Ryan Brown at Cross Country Mortgage by a good friend. From the time of our meeting to the closing of my refinance I was treated with the utmost professionalism, sincere attention to my situation and the final accomplishment of my need all in a manner that was inclusive and friendly. I learned about the Ryan Brown team at Cross Country Mortgage from my realtor. The staff is welcoming and pleasant. I met with Mr. Brown himself. It was a great experience. I met with the Company to get pre-qualified. Pleasantly, I was qualified for a Mortgage by the time I left the Office. I was very happy to learn that he and staff Volunteer in the community especially with our Veterans. I found a Condo, was to close on the 17th of April. Had to rescind after inspection.
