My experience living at the Sanctuary for almost a year now! I’ve had an excellent experience at The Sanctuary at Tally’s Reach. Kristen was amazing in helping me find the perfect apartment right from the start. The property is beautiful and truly feels like a resort, with a fantastic pool, hot tub, gym, and clubhouse workspace. The best dog friendly apartments in the area The Sanctuary apartments at Tallyn's Reach are the best dog friendly apartments in the area. There's plenty of space for short walks, easy access to trails nearby for longer walks, dog friendly management and personnel, and the best poop bags always available. The leash law is strictly enforced as I have never encountered a dog off leash. It's safe and convenient and makes our life less complicated. We love it here!

The only things... (Verified Renter) The only things that bother me are the breezeways and the garbage situation. The breezeways in my building are stained with trash drippings and actual trash on the first floor. I don't use the trash service because I don't want them to come by my door. The staff and maintenance crew have always been good!
