Jacob came to me through the recommendation of another broker in North Florida. He was instrumental in helping me complete a very difficult sale that had problems that were out of our control. Brendon was very knowledgeable about the area. His patient nature was helpful with the vast size of the Miami-area. He was able to find our wants and needs in a short time. Brendon was incredibly responsive, and was available at all hours to answer even our smallest, silliest questions. He helped us with the ups and downs of the Miami market. We appreciate the comfort he brought to the whole process.

I usually never leave any sort of review good or bad BUT this experience is for certain deserving of an EXCELLENT review for both Teresa and Carolina. I have used this realtor company several times prior also with superior quality and reliability but again this has been the most frustrating difficult challenging experience for everyone as I was in a rapidly heated and changing situations during the divorce process of the sale of the marital property. Carolina was ALWAYS available. Makes you feel like your needs are first priority. Her responsiveness was incredible. If I texted her a question or an update she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. If she didn’t pick up, she always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously. Jacob did an outstanding job in listing our home and going over all of the many details involved and made us feel very comfortable. He laid out all of the details about how much to list for and the scheduling of the open houses and communicated with us all the way through the process which really helped us feel at ease about this stressful time.
