In a competitive market where desirable houses sell in a matter of days, Carolina is the realtor you want to have on your side. Finding a house that you love and that is in your price range is hard enough, but to loose out to other buyers is the last thing you want. Carolina was so motivated and diligent in all communication with us and the listing agent that this didn’t happen. We got the house thanks to her!
Brendon is an outstanding realtor! Very charismatic, patient, knowledgeable, excellent negotiating skills, and he is very responsive and detail-oriented which we really appreciated throughout the entire house hunting process. We moved from out of state and he was kind enough to even visit houses for us when we weren't able to fly in and he Facetimed us while showing us the properties. Thank you for everything, Brendon!
