Brenden is a star! He worked hard and made sure we were able to see the properties within the same day. He knows the local market and was very attentive and considerate of our needs. Perhaps, authorizing Teresa as our agent in the first place is a better choice. We had a rocky time with a "slow-motion" help from people around us for selling our property and after almost 3 months of waiting. Yet, although the condo has its own problem as well, we were given only two weeks' notice from the lawyer before the closure, and there is still a tenant in the Condo!
