Thank you to everyone at The Schrader Group with the process of buying and selling our house. Raul was very helpful and transparent about what we needed to do to list our house and set the expectation on how long it would take to sell. Valerie and Francesca were also both very helpful when it came to getting updates or answering any questions I had. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone buying or selling a house.
Working with this group was great! We only interacted with Jennyfer, who was the best person ever, but I would come back again in the future when it’s time to sell. The entire team was great and helped us sell our house in Converse on a short notice and we were able to net more in our pocket than what Open Door had roped us into. Ashlee Droemer did a great job keeping contact through the entire process. I would highly recommend!

Carolyn Cole did an excellent job of guiding us on our journey to a home sale.
