Just placed my first order with The Shrimp Farm. Couldn't be happier. Received 10 beautiful Cherry Shrimp. Fast Shipping with amazing Packaging. All arrived alive and full of color. The Shrimp came with specific instructions to ensure a safe transfer to my aquarium. Would definitely recommend this place. EXCELLENT Customer Service from start to finish! Jose

I have ordered from The Shrimp Farm several times over the past couple of years and always have had good experiences. The communication is timely and accurate, the prices are good, the selection is very good, order accuracy has been perfect, and the quality of the shrimp has been excellent. All the shrimp I've ordered have arrived alive and have done well after putting them into my aquariums. The Shrimp Farm seems to be a very good company and I plan to continue ordering from them in the future.

I ordered from Buce plant and was sold parasite-infested shrimp and lost all my shrimp, and all they could say is how to treat!!! I was Leary to find a new place to get my shrimp. I searched and found the Shrimp farm, I ordered my Shrimp online, and I have no regrets; I received them healthy and thriving and beautiful. I will order from The shrimp farm again. Thank you The shrimp farm for proving great service :)

This was our 1st time buying here and initially we posted a bad review but, in the end, everything worked out well so wanted to reflect that. Initially, our order was delayed a week but the customer care was very good about it, next it was shipped by USPS, and they not only lost the package but it sat in IL for well over a week before being tossed around in a truck for a day and another night in the local post office in 114+ degree F weather. As the shipment was "lost" the Amazing people at shrimp farm took our word and reshipped the order at their own cost and loss. between the two orders, we got most of what we ordered online & they just refunded us for the ones that didnt arrive. we agreed on a refund as the weather here was less than ideal to ship currently. I 100% blame USPS for 97% the issues we had. Will order again in cooler weather, best prices we could find ! Half the Orange Pumpkins did die over the next week, they were quite large and could have just been old and couldn't handle the stress of being lost for over a week in the mail, the 5 smaller ones seem happy and healthy besides one also very large AA Cherry. all other shrimp doing great and looking wonderful! In short Shrimp farm overall 4.8/5 Customer care 5/5 (very understanding and friendly) Shrimp quality 5/5 Ease of contacting customer care 3/5 (facebook seemed fastest, no phones took usually a day or two over email) USPS service 0/5 (package lost and wrecked, use fedex/UPS overnight or 2 day!) UPS Service 4/5 (package was tossed around a bit)
