I stopped going to them because they make you keep a credit card on file. I told them i don't do that because my card is always being used fraudulently and i have to get a new one several times a year. I brought to their attention that I've been going to them for 14 years, that I've almost always had an almost $900 for 6 months prepaid membership, and they've never had a problem with me canceling an appointment at the last minute.
