Located in Northern California’s Mendocino County there is a skunk running through the redwood forest, but this isn’t any skunk, it’s the world famous Skunk Train. The California redwoods, pristine coastline, and award winning vineyards are all a part of the landscape of what makes Mendocino County such an amazing place and home to this 131-year-old train.

We love the scenic views and the history of the Skunk Train. We took the BBQ train today to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and we were treated like royalty and even given a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate! Thank you Skunk train for giving us another wonderful memory!
I love the Skunk Train and I'm really glad to see it's going to be running again, thank you to all who helped with the tunnel repair!
