I've been using Signature Dental for nearly 2 yrs now which is a new record for me when it comes to the Dentist. See, I'm a bit of a dentophobe and it has been difficult to find one who can keep me from losing my mind in the "chair". Dr. Kim does a great job of keeping me calm, letting me know what he's doing, and he does a good job of keeping me distracted from what is going on. Drs Kim & Valen are both fantastic dentists and their staff (office as well as hygentists) are very attentive to your dental needs. I've been going to this office for 15+ years and after having Dr Valen, I've been going to Dr Kim since he arrived at this office. Dr Kim is a wonderful dentist and always takes the best care of my teeth. I continue to use this office and dentist even after I moved to Southern NJ because I refuse to go anywhere else. My husband called to question a bill because it's always a surprise what you'll be charged. He spoke with Cheryl. She was rude and condescending and ended up hanging up on him. It's ashame because we like Dr Kim but after the completion of service he needs we will NOT ever go back. Cheryl needs a serious course in communication and customer service skills.

The front desk staff is inept. They honestly act like you're not a paying customer. It's like a welfare dentist that hires the dumbest people at the front for customer service. I was telling the lady something and she didn't even say anything. Do better and treat others how you want to be treated.

Rude receptionists. Inconvenient office hours: close an hour during lunch, close at 5, 6pm except on Tues at 8 pm and 1 pm on Friday. Close on weekend. They gave my husband and my son first cleaning appointment 3 and 1/2 month away in October. They said they have 4 hygienists. Haha. Each one works each day?
