I have been going to the smilist in Amityville for awhile and decided to bring my mother for the first time for a cleaning. We both had our teeth cleaned by Carlos he was great. Then my mother saw Dr. Yuri Babeck whom I have seen in the past. We both needed to come back to get a cavity filled. They knew my mom's medical history, that she is not well and 88. So disappointed and in pain. I went for a consult yesterday where I was told I needed a tooth extracted . I was referred to smithtown office . The receptionist ended up scheduling me with same doctor and location that said I had to be sent out to smithtown. Unable to get in with oral surgeon for a month and I am in pain!!!!! Yet to receive a call back . Really just unacceptable . My husband had a wonderful experience with Dr. G who extracted 4 teeth for my husband on the spot after 6pm . I had several terrible experiences at the Smilist in Bay Shore and would not recommend it to anyone. No wonder their dentists leave. Stay far away.

I made an appointment the week before memorial day and it was canceled the day before the holiday weekend due to illness then I have an appointment again today I get a cancellation message due to illness again then I get a confirmation message I go to the location in Bayshore and I’m told there is no hygienist to do the cleaning I have to come back another day for that but I can be examined and x-rayI’ve been called twice and left two voicemails within two days still no reply. If you like to loose your tooth Visit them. They can perform anything to make money. Even he can put cap on nothing.
I've been to the office in riverhead for countless visits and had no complaints up to this point, I recently had cavities filled only to be redone with a root canal, now that I dealt with that, just a week and a half went by since a row of fillings on the bottom and my mouth is in pain. I had called today to sort out them seeing me only to be told I would be contacted within the day.
