I gave a rating of OK, because I really was not kept informed, updated etc...to the status of the loan process. I didn't get any updates unless I reached out and then it would be several days before I get an response. I'm used to working with loan officers, bankers, lenders, etc. that communicates well. I really would like to work with you again, but I would appreciate better communication.
