Laura was very thorough from start to finish. I was a first time homebuyer and she took the time to explain the different programs to me, how certain programs would make for a higher rate & went over every line item in the disclosure to make sure I understood it all. Even when I said alright & she heard a question in my tone, she made sure I understood the numbers correctly. I’m very pleased with the level of service I received on the financial side of the transaction...Team Brown ROCKS!!!
